What teams is this program suited for?
Our Program works for cohorts of 6-20 people. Depending on the size of your organisations a cohort could comprise of: Leadership Teams, Functional Teams, Agile and Project Teams, Remote Teams and in smaller companies it could include the whole team.
What is the pre-requisite to participate?
The leader of the team needs to participate and be open to listening to employees feedback and ideas voiced during the program
