What industry does this work for?

Our soft skill and personal development courses teach individuals and teams to look inward, first. This human experience relates to all industries. However, specific industry content can be added as per request. We have experience in working with Small to Medium businesses, corporates, professional services, construction, Tech & Engineering companies.

What teams is this program suited for?

Our program works for cohorts of 6-20 people. Depending on the size of your organisations a cohort could comprise of: Leadership Teams, Functional Teams, Agile and Project Teams, Remote Teams and in smaller companies it could include the whole team.

What is the pre-requisite to participate?

The leader of the team needs to participate and be open to listening to employees feedback and ideas voiced during the program.
